After the military in 1993, I started out as a junior processor in 1994 and worked my way into the A/E (Account Executive) position. Afterwards I held a brokers license in Richmond Hill, Georgia, where I alone closed one a week through my methods of marketing. In 2008 I moved to Illinois, and continued on another passion of mine which is rehabbing homes. In October of 2014 I went thru the steps of regaining my license. I now hold a Mortgage Loan Officer license and a Mortgage Brokers License in the state of Florida and awaiting my Colorado license. I do not accept NO for an answer, that only motivates me more to prove the nay sayers wrong. I will do everything in my power to get the client approved, even if it means I have to wait six months for their credit to improve.
